Refund Policy
(Call in customers/Delivery partner orders)
We value your experience here at Thai E San. In the case where a refund is due, please call the restaurant directly for a call-in or dine-in order only. For delivery partners such as UberEats and Doordash, please contact the third party directly for a full refund. We will not refund/remake any dish if we are informed later than 3 days.
If more than 25% of the food has been consumed, we will not be able to replace or refund the order. In case of replacement, we will only provide second replacement not third replacement.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancelled the order, please us know immediately. We will not cancel your order if we have already prepared it.
Food Errors
If you recieved a dish that is incorrect to what you had order, please call in to the restaurant for a refund. We may ask you to send a picture of the food as a text message to our restaurant phone number for our references.
- For a remake of the food, please bring in the incorrect dish in its original container and we can remake a new dish.
- For credit card refund, please have your card ready for refund. We will ask for the card details.
- For cash payment, plase find a phone message from us for a credit refund on your next order or cash pick up.
We do not provide cash refund for third party delivery partners.
In the case for condiments such as plasticwares, napkins, and soy sauce, we sincerely apologize for this mistake. However, we are not responsible for refund since we provide it as a self-service, free of charge.
Food dissasfaction
We provide the freshest food here at Thai E San. Refund or remake of the food is NOT provided if you dislike the food.
Spice Level
Our spices are freshly grounded so it is at a Thai level spicy. We suggest you order your food with caution. We can provide additional chili paste for free of charge for additional spice. However, we will charge for chili flake, and fresh chilis. Please ask your server for additional information. We do not offer refund or discount if you find our food to be too spicy.
